The Black employees in Xerox are facing new challenges today. Our ranks and files are diminishing resulting in fewer Black employees reporting at higher level positions. Our involvement in local caucus activities and attendance at national conferences is steadily declining. This decline in senior Black managers and active participation in our caucus activities requires us to unite together as a stronger voice to leverage our relationship with the Corporation. Therefore as an Organization we must RETHINK our caucus strategy and project a stronger message that will REBUILD our caucus structure to RENEW our commitment to our constituency. Brothers and Sisters we all need to get involved now because…. IT TAKES MORE THAN JUST A FEW to achieve our caucus group goals.
