The Xerox National Black Employee Association works in cooperation with the leadership of Xerox to influence the hiring and promotional practices that will result in the achievement of a balanced workforce across ALL DIVISIONS. Our efforts are three-fold:
- We serve as an employee advocate to ensure fair treatment around issue resolution when the "system" has failed.
- Improve the level of satisfaction and overall contribution of black employees by eliminating white islands and/or disparate impact on our black employee populations
- Ensuring the Business community continues to recognize and respect Xerox as a leader in diversity, revenue, and profit performance.
