Suggestions for Improvement
- None.
- None
- As hard as it may be, either tell us or don't tell us about pending changes in this forum. I think it shuts the audience down into an anxiety mode and limits interaction when it is teased with information of pending potential bad news.
- None at this time
- It might be beneficial to highlight a successful chapter and an activity that they have done that was helpful to their chapter - this would promote best practice sharing and ideas on how to keep the chapters invigorated.
- More time for Q&A. Which could be accomplished by having fewer Agenda items. People need time to formulate their questions and to explore the subject matter a little more in detail.
- None
- Two things: consider web cast in the future and continue to bring guests who will make a lasting impression and change lives
- I wish the meeting was held on Thursdays because certain Tuesday nights I have another commitment, but I'd really like to be there.

Topics I would like addressed at future meetings are:
- I would like to hear from leaders from other organizations like NAAO, or Quincy Allen, etc.
- Creating an effective mentor network in an environment of constant change and IGM (I Got Mine) syndrome.
- Share the remaining operations in specific geographic region that has Xerox employees. For example, Lewisville / Dallas opportunities have become very slim. Would be helpful to know what organizations / operations exist.
- Include status on the five key NBEA initiatives, or if this has not been presented to the body, do so and provide status
- How to better plan for change and how one can positively position oneself. Additionally, exploring cross Divisional job opportunities (not just accessing Peoplenet OJP).
- Combined BWLC and NBEA session - the topics can be anything relative to performance, growth and development to unity and strength

Please provide us with questions you had for the Q & A section of the meeting that we were unable to address due to meeting time constraints
- None.
- It was said that one needs to have many Mentors, what would you suggest as to the selection process for both individuals?
- Lynn's view on the state of the business of black employees; how are we viewed from where she sits (senior management); what things do we need to do as a body of people to become a force for change? what does she see as her part in the matter?

If you were unable to attend the NBEA communication meeting please tell us why?
- I make them all and believe that this is an excellent avenue to communicate
- The Tuesday at 6pm CT is tough for me because of a prior commitment on Tuesdays. I will try to make the next meeting and those subsequent by tinkering with my schedule. Thanks for having this. I participated in the NBEA national meeting in Dallas last year and it was great.
